Our vision is to help with the creation of a more prosperous community and to support individuals when they are in time of need.

A committee comprised of agents and employees determine which local non-profit organizations will receive donations. These non-profits must provide the following types of service:

Improve Quality Of Life

The first type of organizations the Guarantee Good Will Network supports are those that make our community a more desirable place to live and provide benefits that can be enjoyed or utilized by everyone in the community rather than a small group of people.

Provide Safe Shelters

At Guarantee Real Estate we make our living by helping people achieve one of their most important needs, the comfort and joy of owning a home. It is logical then that we choose to support charities that provide temporary or permanent shelter.

Our Partner – Central Valley Community Foundation

The Central Valley Community Foundation has made it possible for Guarantee Real Estate to establish and manage our charitable giving fund. We encourage other local businesses to establish funds that allow their employees to make charitable donations with each paycheck. And we would recommend the Central Valley Community Foundation as a partner in helping you establish and maintain your fund. www.centralvalleycf.org  •  (559) 226-5600

Guarantee Donated $1,000 to Able Advocates

9A968AA5-510D-4518-B9D6-496F6E9C92E6-1024x1024.jpeg

The Guarantee Good Will Network recently made a $1000 donation to Able Advocates. The donation will assist the organization with its mission: to provide services and equipment for Central California children with special needs.

Katrina Oh is the founder of Able Advocates, a non-profit providing services and equipment for children with special needs that either get denied or waiting for insurance authorization. Able Advocates equipment closet has provided more than 1500 families with much needed support to enhance their child’s life. Some families would have never received the adequate assistance without Able Advocates.

“Thank you Guarantee for your kind support…This donation is not just going towards our Equipment Closet, but it will help build stronger communities through networking, ensure that ALL children are loved and feel important, and it will provide a pathway for them to succeed.” -Katrina Oh, Founder, Able Advocates

Able-Advocates-Col-1-01.jpg

How it All Began

6 years ago, Katrina Oh started Able Advocates to benefit children like her son Nathan, who was born with a rare brain disorder. Although Nathan was denied insurance services, Katrina became relentless and she never allowed hardships to prevent her from providing the best care for her son. Sometimes Katrina’s determination required her to pay for services out of her own pocket.

Through connecting with other families who experienced the same challenges with insurance companies, Katrina felt it necessary to start a support group for mothers with special needs children. Together these extraordinary women worked hard to create significant changes for local special needs children.

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to local children whose parents can’t afford to buy them for Christmas. Guarantee Real Estate is pleased to join the mission of the program which is to “DELIVER” smiles through giving new and unwrapped toys.

Teamwork and community involvement will make this project a huge success. Therefore, every Valley resident is encouraged to share this announcement throughout the surrounding communities. Please encourage everyone that you know to join our efforts in providing joy, goodwill, and cheer to children less fortunate. It doesn’t cost much to put a smile on a child’s face, but a smile that YOU create by giving is priceless!

Guarantee Donates $500 to the Molly Griffin Scholarship

The Guarantee Good Will Network has donated $500 to the Molly Taylor Griffin Scholarship. Molly Griffin was a nurse who was well liked by her peers and everyone who knew her. Sadly her life ended too soon in 2015 when she was killed in a drunk driver related accident. Her parents set up this scholarship in her honor. Her father Doug Griffin was present for our check presentation recently at our Guarantee Woodward Park office where we got to hear her story.
